Weeky Running Results

It was a great week.  I pushed myself a lot further than planned and now can officially run a 10k.  I feel good and strong and healthy.  It’s been a great start to the new year.

January 17th- 4.28 miles

January 18th- 5.01 miles

January 20th- 5.63 miles

January 23rd- 6.39 miles

Total of 21.31 miles this week and 51.89 miles for the month.

I wonder what next week will bring!
