Weekly Running Results

Another week down and I’m very happy with my results.  I’ve upped my speed slightly and my distance is right where I wanted to be at this point!  Yay me!   Now if I would just stop eating crap I would really see some results!!!

January 3rd- 2.62 miles

January 5th- 3.06

January 6th- 1.4

January 8th- 3.26

January 9th- 3.67

14.01 Miles total this week.  I’m very happy and feeling really great right now.
