Doughnuts for Breakfast.

The girls made doughnuts this morning for breakfast.  Quick, easy, and fattening.  They LOVED them.

1 can refrigerator biscuits (10 biscuits)

1 quart vegetable oil

confectioner’s sugar

regular sugar

Put both sugars in their own brown paper bag and set aside.  Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot or electric skillet for frying.  Separate the biscuits and punch a hole in the middle.  When the oil is hot (350 degrees), drop the biscuits in until they are brown on each side.  Make sure to cook the “holes” too.  When they are done, drain them on a paper towel and then quickly put them in one of the sugar bags and shake.  Now EAT!!!!!

Good stuff, but not if you’re dieting.  I only took a bite.  It made me sad, I wanted ALL of them.
